神戸の被災地NGO協働センターの増島さんが、今週末から岩手のまけないぞうの作り手さんに会いに行かれるため、makenaizoneのお手紙をつくりました。
コロナ禍でぞうさんの販売会などできずにいますが、ぞうさん愛あふれる応援仲間の皆さんのおかげさまで、お手紙がかたちになりました。
被災された方々の寄り添いをずっと続けておられる増島さんはじめ、被災地NGO協働センターのスタッフの皆さんに心より感謝です。

2021年11月11日
東日本大震災から10年と8ヶ月が経ちました。当たり前だと信じていた日常が決して当たり前ではないということを実感したあの日のことをいつまでも忘れず、多くの犠牲者の方々が生きたかった今日という日を生かされている自分たちに出来ることは何なのかを常に考え、日々を過ごしていきます。また、今年各地を襲った様々な災害のために稔りの秋を再び迎えることなく天に召されたかたがたのご冥福も併せて被災地支援のまけないぞうさんと共にお祈りします。黙祷。
It has been 10 years & 8 months since 3.11 Tsunami & Earthquake occurred. We will never forget about the day when we realized the ordinary life is not ordinary one at all, but such a precious blessing we’ve been given, and will keep on trying to do what we can do for the affected people. Our prayer with Never-give-up Elephants go out to those who have lost their precious lives due to the Big Earthquake and Tsunami and all the other natural disasters for the past year.

東日本大震災から10年7ヶ月。稔りの秋を再び迎えることなく天に召された方々のために祈ります。また、その他全ての自然災害の犠牲者の皆さまのご冥福をお祈りします。今日という日を生きたかった多くの方々の無念の想いに心を寄せキャンドルに火を灯し、黙祷。
Our prayers go out to those who have lost their precious lives due to 3.11 Big Earthquake & Tsunami and all the other natural disasters ever happened. We’d like to keep on doing what we can do for the recovery progress of the affected areas through Makenaizo Elephants, and we look forward to your continued support to Makenaizo Project!

東日本大震災から10年半、アメリカ同時多発テロから20年が経ちました。命を落とされた全ての方々のご冥福をお祈りいたします。また、大切なご家族との突然の別れを余儀なくされた皆さんの深い痛みと今日までの時間に想いを馳せ、お祈りいたします。被災された方が一針一針心を込めて作られたまけないぞうさんと共にキャンドルに灯をともして合掌。
It has been 10 years & 6 months since 3.11 Tsunami & Earthquake occurred, and 20 years since 9.11 Simultaneous Terrorist Attacks happened. We’ll never forget about the day when we realized that the daily life is not ordinary one, but such a precious blessing we receive.
